Recruit partners
Some programs pay you for bringing in other partners. When one does, Recruit partners appears in your sidebar. Partners who join through your link become your recruits, and you earn a share of the commissions they earn in that program.
You don’t see the page if none of your programs pays for recruiting, unless you already have recruits.
Your recruit link
The top of the page has your recruit link, with a Copy button. It opens the brand’s partner join page. Anyone who applies through it becomes your recruit from the moment they apply, and the join page tells them you invited them.
Under the link, each program that pays for recruiting shows what you earn, for example:
Pro plan: you earn 10% of what your recruits earn, for 12 months after each one joins.
The share is a percent of your recruit’s commission, not of the sale. If a recruit earns a $50 commission in a program that pays 10%, you earn $5. Your share is paid on top of what they earn, never out of it. Some programs pay it for a set number of months after each recruit joins (or after the brand made you their recruiter); others for as long as the recruit earns.
One level only. You earn on the partners you recruit. You don’t earn on the partners they recruit.
If the brand’s join page is closed, the page says so under your link. The link won’t sign anyone up until the brand reopens it.
Your recruits
The table lists the partners you recruited, newest first:
- Joined: when they became your recruit.
- Status: active, pending (they haven’t accepted their invite yet, or the brand is still reviewing their application) or revoked.
- Earned: what they’ve earned you so far, minus anything reversed or clawed back. Amounts in different currencies are shown separately.
If you have more than 200 recruits, the newest 200 are listed.
When your share is paid
Your share of a recruit’s commission shows up on your Commissions page as Recruiter commission: <their name>, with what they earned it on. It’s approved when their commission is approved, refunded in proportion when their sale is refunded, and reversed if the brand reverses their commission. Once approved, it’s paid out with your other approved commissions, on the brand’s usual payout terms.
You earn on the commissions they earn from their own referrals. Their bonuses and bounties don’t pay you a share.
Something looks wrong
- Someone joined without your link. If they applied another way, they aren’t recorded as your recruit. The brand can set you as their recruiter. You then earn on their commissions from that point on, not on earlier ones.
- A recruit’s sale didn’t earn you anything. You earn only in programs that pay for recruiting, only on what they earn after they became your recruit, and only within the program’s months limit, if it has one.
- A recruit moved to another recruiter. The brand can change who recruited a partner. Commissions you already earned on them stay yours.
Ask the brand’s support contact (shown at the bottom of the portal) about anything else.
