Everflow alternatives in 2026: performance marketing platforms compared

Everflow is a partner marketing platform for advertisers, affiliate networks and agencies that run on click IDs and server-to-server postbacks. If its quote-only pricing, its six-month commitment or its focus on performance marketers is why you're looking, here are the alternatives with October 2026 pricing, grouped by what you're actually running.

Everflow is one of the platforms performance marketers reach for when an affiliate program outgrows a plugin. Brands, affiliate networks and agencies use it to run offers, track conversions by click ID and server-to-server postback, screen traffic and pay partners. It says more than 1,200 brands use it and that it tracked about $4.3 billion in partner revenue in 2025. Both figures are its own.

It’s also sold by quote only, with a six-month commitment, and it’s built for media buyers, lead-gen networks and multi-offer programs. That’s the right shape for some teams and a heavy one for others. A SaaS company paying creators a share of subscriptions needs different things from a network routing insurance leads.

This post is for teams evaluating Everflow, or coming up on a renewal, who want to see the options side by side. Pricing and terms come from each vendor’s public pages, checked in October 2026. They change, so check them again before you sign anything. We build OpenPartner, one of the alternatives, so weigh that section accordingly. Sources are at the end.

What a performance marketing platform is

“Performance marketing platform” covers software sold under several labels. Everflow, TUNE, Trackier and Scaleo call themselves partner marketing platforms, impact.com a partnership management platform, and Partnerize an affiliate automation platform. CAKE comes closest, calling its product performance marketing software.

Under the different names, they do the same core job: pay partners only for results, such as a sale, a lead, an install or a funded loan, and prove each result came from that partner. In practice that means:

  • Offers and partners: campaigns with payout rules (cost per action, cost per lead, revenue share), and publishers, affiliates, agencies or sub-networks who run them.
  • Click-ID tracking: every click gets a unique ID. The conversion reports that ID back, usually by server-to-server postback rather than a browser pixel, so it survives cookie blocking.
  • Fraud screening: filtering bot clicks, proxy traffic and fake leads, often through specialist vendors.
  • Payouts: invoicing partners and, on many platforms, paying them.

Two neighbours get mixed up with this category. Ad trackers like Voluum and RedTrack are built for media buyers tracking their own ad spend. SaaS affiliate tools like Rewardful or FirstPromoter are built around subscriptions and a self-serve partner portal rather than offers and postbacks. All three appear in “Everflow alternatives” lists, so it’s worth knowing which one you need.

Pricing and terms

Everflow doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page is a quote form that asks for your monthly partner payout volume, your business type and your biggest challenge. The page also says:

  • A six-month commitment is required.
  • Onboarding is a one-time paid service. The fee isn’t stated.
  • Migrations are free, including API migrations from TUNE, CAKE and HitPath, and you can run both platforms in parallel while you move.
  • No free trial is mentioned.

Third-party sites put the entry price at roughly $750 to $1,000 a month, but they disagree with each other, and Everflow doesn’t confirm any figure. Ask for a quote.

Its Service Terms add two points worth knowing. After the initial term, an order form renews month to month unless either side gives written notice. And if you end it early, the remaining fees for the term, including the minimum tier, become due.

Tracking

Every click gets a unique click and transaction ID. Everflow recommends reporting conversions by server-to-server postback or its JavaScript SDK, and supports an HTML pixel too. Its help center is candid about browsers. Redirect links set a cookie on Everflow’s own domain, which Safari blocks by default. Direct links instead use a script on your site to set a first-party cookie.

For conversions without a click, it supports coupon codes, email attribution (a later purchase by the same email credits the original partner, which is how it handles renewals and repeat purchases), call tracking through Ringba, lead postbacks from a CRM, and bulk CSV backfill.

Payouts: Everflow Pay

Everflow can pay partners for you through Everflow Pay. You fund a wallet, and Veem, a licensed money transmitter, provides the banking. Costs on both sides:

  • You pay a monthly usage fee based on payout volume, agreed with your account team and not published. Funding by wire or US bank debit has no added fee.
  • Partners pay $29 on a cross-border USD payment under $10,000, and $40 at $10,000 or more.

An optional Managed Payments tier, for an unpublished extra fee, also collects partners’ tax forms. Since August 2026, businesses registered outside the US can apply for Everflow Pay.

Marketplace, fraud and integrations

  • Marketplace: the Everflow Marketplace connects advertisers with publishers, coupon and loyalty sites, media buyers and networks. Advertisers must keep at least $500 deposited in their Everflow account to take part.
  • Fraud: screening comes mainly through integrations with 24metrics, Anura and IPQualityScore, plus Traffic Health monitoring of tracking domains and links.
  • Integrations: a long list, including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce and Tipalti. Its Stripe guide credits recurring charges by matching the customer’s email from the first tracked conversion, and records refunds. One thing to check: when we looked on October 23, its Shopify App Store listing said the app wasn’t currently available, though Everflow’s site and help center still describe it.

In July 2026 it also opened an MCP server, so AI assistants can read program data, and put an AI assistant into private beta.

What Everflow does well

  • Server-side tracking across many conversion types: clicks, coupons, calls, leads and offline events in one place. That breadth is the reason performance marketers choose it.
  • Built for networks and agencies, with white-label and multi-client setups.
  • Payouts handled, domestic and international, from one funded wallet.
  • Migration help from TUNE, CAKE and HitPath at no charge.

If you’re running a lead-gen network or a multi-offer performance program, Everflow is a strong choice, and several of the tools below are closer to a sideways move than an upgrade.

Why teams look for an alternative

  1. No published price, and a six-month commitment. You can’t model the cost before a sales call, and leaving early costs the rest of the term.
  2. More platform than the program needs. Offers, media buying, call tracking and sub-networks are overhead for a SaaS affiliate program with a few hundred creators.
  3. Subscription handling needs checking. For a SaaS business, renewals can be most of what a partner earns. Everflow’s Stripe guide credits recurring charges by matching the customer’s email. Test how upgrades, plan changes and partial refunds come through.
  4. Payout fees fall on partners. International partners pay a flat fee on each cross-border payment.
  5. Networks comparing on price. Several network platforms below publish their prices.

The alternatives

For affiliate networks and performance advertisers

These are the closest like-for-like replacements.

TUNE (formerly HasOffers) is a partner marketing platform for advertisers, agencies and networks, owned by Constellation Software’s Perseus group alongside CAKE. For advertisers, the Scale plan is $1,500/month paid annually, with 2,500 conversions a month, a customer success manager and marketplace access (network and processing fees extra). For networks, Enterprise is $899/month paid annually. Custom plans are by quote, and onboarding and partner payments are “fee based”. Tracking is server postback or pixel, last-click. TUNE Pay pays partners in more than 40 countries through Wise and PayPal.

CAKE is TUNE’s sibling. The two have shared one leadership team since July 2025, while keeping separate products. CAKE is aimed at enterprise affiliate networks and lead distribution, especially call-heavy verticals like insurance and finance. Pricing is by demo. CAKE Pay lets you make one monthly payment instead of paying each partner, and handles W-9s and 1099s.

Affise publishes its prices. Beginner is $625/month (7,000 conversions), Core $888/month, Expand $1,239/month, and Custom from $2,499/month, with a 14-day trial on every plan. Plans are signed contracts with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Tracking is by click ID and S2S postback, and Affise Pay is included on all plans.

Scaleo publishes prices in euros and requires no contract. For affiliate networks, Professional is €600/month (30,000 conversions), Enterprise €800/month and Custom from €1,200/month. For brands and operators, Scale starts at €1,600/month. There’s a free trial without a card, and you can cancel any time. It’s strong in iGaming and finance. Its help center says it calculates payments and creates invoices, but doesn’t send money.

Trackier doesn’t publish prices, but offers a 30-day free trial and your first 10,000 conversions free. It covers smart links, coupon and QR tracking, cross-device tracking and fraud rules, aimed at networks, agencies and brands.

For large brands

impact.com now publishes prices. Starter is $30/month plus 2.5% of revenue, for brands on ecommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce only. Essentials is $500/month, including up to $2,500 a month in partner payouts, Pro $2,500/month including up to $14,300, and Enterprise $10,000/month including up to $82,500. It’s a 12-month contract, with setup at $250/hour from Essentials up. impact.com pays partners from an account you pre-fund, and claims more than 250,000 discoverable partners. In May 2026 it announced a strategic alliance with Rakuten Advertising.

Partnerize targets large consumer brands and prices by quote: a fixed licence fee or a percentage-based fee, with no overage charges. Its Pay product pays partners in more than 60 currencies, with a single invoice to you. In June 2025 it acquired Konnecto, an AI affiliate technology company.

For affiliate programs that want self-serve pricing

Trackdesk publishes prices: Business $299/month, Enterprise $499/month and Enterprise PLUS from $1,199/month, which look like annual-billing rates. There’s an assisted 14-day trial. It tracks links and coupons, has a marketplace on Enterprise, and hands payouts to Tipalti, Stripe Connect, PayPal or crypto.

Tapfiliate is $89/month on Launch ($74 billed annually) and $179/month on Scale ($149), priced on clicks and conversions, with ecommerce integrations and automated payouts through Trolley from Scale. Tapfiliate alternatives →

Post Affiliate Pro runs from $89/month (Starter) to $649/month (Network), billed monthly, with a 30-day trial and US or EU hosting. It’s cloud-only. Post Affiliate Pro alternatives →

For SaaS subscription programs: OpenPartner

The platform we build. It’s not a network platform, but if you’re on Everflow to run a SaaS company’s affiliate and creator program, it’s built for that shape.

  • Click IDs and postbacks, like Everflow. Every click gets an ID. Put {click_id} in a program’s destination URL and the router passes it in whatever parameter your landing page, CRM or lender already reads. Any system that keeps the click ID can report the conversion by click ID with one API call. Partners who run paid traffic can have conversions sent to their own tracker, like Voluum or RedTrack, by postback.
  • Attribution that follows the customer’s account. When a customer signs up or signs in on the browser they clicked from, your app calls identify with your user id. From then on, renewals, upgrades and refunds are credited by user id, on any device. Renewals stay with the partner who won the customer, by default. How attribution works.
  • Stripe, read directly. The OpenPartner Stripe App, in beta, reads purchases, invoices, renewals, refunds and partner promo codes from your own Stripe account. On other billing systems, your server reports the same events by API.
  • Published pricing, no fixed term. Revshare is 3% of partner-attributed revenue with no monthly fee, and Flex is $49/month plus 1.5%. Each conversion is billed the larger of that rate and 10% of the partner’s commission (5% on Flex), so flat bounties, like a fee per lead, are billed on the bounty. Revshare and Flex have no fixed-term commitment; Enterprise pricing is agreed by contract. See pricing.
  • Your data. Program and ledger tables, raw clicks and events included, export whenever you like, as a JSON or SQL bundle or one table at a time as JSON, CSV or SQL.

Where Everflow is ahead:

  • No network features. There’s no offer marketplace for publishers, no sub-networks, no call tracking and no impression tracking.
  • Light fraud tooling. Velocity flags on bursts of clicks and a manual review queue, with no integrations with fraud-scoring vendors.
  • We don’t pay partners for you. OpenPartner works out what each partner is owed and prepares payment files. You pay them by PayPal, bank transfer or your own method, and mark the payouts paid. There’s no payout fee, on either side.

Not alternatives, but often listed: ad trackers

Voluum (from $119/month billed annually) and RedTrack (from $169/month, or $118/month billed annually) are trackers for media buyers measuring their own ad spend, with server-side tracking and conversion APIs to ad platforms. RedTrack also has a publisher panel and lets you manage publisher payouts from its data; we couldn’t confirm that either one sends partners their money. They usually sit beside a partner platform: your affiliates may use one, and your platform sends conversions to it by postback.

Pick by what you’re running

  • An affiliate network or lead-distribution operation → TUNE (network plan), CAKE, Affise, Scaleo or Trackier, or stay on Everflow.
  • A performance advertiser with media-buying partners, calls and offline conversions → stay on Everflow, or compare TUNE and Affise.
  • A large consumer brand → impact.com or Partnerize.
  • An affiliate program that wants self-serve pricing → Trackdesk, Tapfiliate or Post Affiliate Pro.
  • A SaaS company paying affiliates and creators on subscriptions → OpenPartner, or the SaaS tools in our SaaS roundup.
  • Tracking your own ad spend → Voluum or RedTrack.

If you’re moving from Everflow, export partners, offers and conversion history before the contract ends, and keep the old tracking running until open clicks have had time to convert.
