Common questions.
What counts as GMV?
Gross merchandise value attributed to a partner — the revenue OpenPartner credits to a partner via the attribution engine. Refunded transactions aren’t counted.
What does "Network-originated" mean?
If you recruit a partner through your own outreach, we don’t charge anything. Our 3% Network fee only applies when the partner was discovered through the OpenPartner Network marketplace.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Move between Flex, Revshare, and Enterprise at any time. Full data export is built into every plan.
What about Stripe’s fees?
Stripe charges a small per-transfer fee on Connect payouts (typically $0.25). That’s passed through directly — we don’t mark it up.
Is there a free trial?
